Job Description *

Review radar data for performance deficiencies of all radars and radar data feeds into JIATF-S RDIS. Produce special reports to document equipment performance when tasked; Coordinate with JIATF-S personnel to contact appropriate O&M agencies to obtain equipment status information; Initiate corrective maintenance when required; Compile information, analyze, complete, and send the JIATF-S Daily Radar Status Report (DRSR) for all radars and radar data feeds into the JIATF-S Common Operating Picture (COP) (weekdays, except holidays); Assist JIATF-S personnel in performing radar data quality checks; Update the JIATF-S Daily Radar Report SIPRNET WEB page; Participate in JIATF-S morning briefing as necessary for mission support; Provide radar analysis support to the JIATF-S Air Bridge Denial (ABD) program; Provide radar analysis support for JIATF-S and other US government agencies as needed; and, Participate in Subject Matter Expert Exchange (SMEE) events. Job Requirements

Required experience:

5 years of technical experience with 3 years in the SOUTHCOM AOR in support of the CD/CNT D&M mission; Experience using radar data analysis tools (RDIS, RS3/4, RAP) to assess and report on radar performance and data quality; Knowledge of radar systems and C2 systems currently used within the SOUTHCOM AOR; Knowledge of radar principles and trafficking operations; and, Experience conducting operational analysis of tracks of interest.

Clearance and Education Requirements

DoD Secret clearance. A Bachelor's degree in a technical or management discipline. The following are desired:
